基于分工理论、成本交易理论和产业租金理论,对旅游产业集群的形成条件进行较为深入的理论研究。认为旅游产业集群的形成要求旅游产品具有较长价值链、丰富差异化空间、组合和流通的便捷性和较高产业关联度及创新需求,要求空间应具备充足要素禀赋、高效组织机构、充足市场供需和有效制度规范。
Based on division theory of labor, transaction theory and industry cluster rent theory, this paper analyzes the formation conditions of tourism industry cluster, including its industry and space conditions. The industry conditions include long value chain, differentiation ability, convenience for package and tran~ortation, high correlation and innovative need. Space conditions include rich natural endowments and factors of products, efficiency organizations, sufficient supply and demand, valid institution and public goods.
