以高产杂交稻"两优培九"为试验材料,采用盆栽方法,研究了水分胁迫下功能叶光能转换特性的变化。结果表明,在水分胁迫前期(0~6d),功能叶的净光合速率、PSⅠ的电子传递活性均没有发生显著性变化,但PSⅡ的电子传递活性则有不同程度的上升;室温条件下类囊体膜的可见吸收光谱峰值和荧光发射强度都增强;随着水分胁迫的进一步加剧,功能叶的光能转换受到明显的抑制:净光合速率、类囊体膜的电子传递活性均大幅度下降;类囊体膜多肽组分变化比较复杂:与PSⅠ有关的蛋白多肽组分没有明显变化,而与PSⅡ相关的多肽组分则大部分减少。类囊体膜的室温可见吸收光谱的峰值和荧光发射的强度仍然不断增强。
Effects of drought stress on the characters of light energy conversion in mature leaves of a super-hybrid rice(Liang-You-Pei-Jiu,LYP9)during the grain filling period were studied.The results showed that during the prophase of water stress,the photosynthetic rate and the electron transport activity of PSⅠhad no significant change,while the electron transport activity of PSⅡ increased obviously.The absorption spectra,fluorescence emission spectra at room temperature of the thylakoid membranes were strengthened.Under the heavy water stress,the function of light energy conversion was inhibited evidently.The photosynthetic rate and respiratory rate of leaves,the electron transport activity of thylakoid membranes declined remarkably.The absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra at room temperature of the thylakoid membranes were continuously strengthened.Lots of polypeptide of PSⅡwere obviously decreased,but there was slight changes in the polypeptide of PSⅠ.
