树突状细胞(DCs)是体内功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,其表面的DCs特异性细胞间黏附分子-3结合非整合素因子(DC-specific ICAM-3 grabbing nonintegrin,DC-SIGN)一方面可介导DCs对病原体的结合和抗原呈递,有利于宿主免疫应答;另一方面也可被胞内寄生病原体利用,协助其感染宿主T细胞,并通过干扰DCs成熟来影响其抗原呈递能力,抑制宿主免疫功能。目前研究认为,DC-SIGN基因多态性及表达差异可能会影响宿主对病原体的易感性。
Dendritic cells(DCs) are professional antigen-presenting cells. The binding of pathogens to DC-specific intercellular adhesion molecule 3 (ICAM-3) grabbing nonintegrin(DC-SIGN) can lead to not only phagoeytosis of DCs to pathogens, but also decreased proliferative activity of DCs to active allogenic T cell by inter-fering with maturity of DCs and inhibited human immune function. Polymorphism and differential expression of DC-SIGN on DCs may have important impact on the susceptibility of human to infectious diseases.
