锂离子蓄电池材料的热稳定性直接关系到锂离子蓄电池的安全性,为研究锂离子蓄电池材料的热稳定性,使用C80微量量热仪研究了锂离子蓄电池典型电解液、LiCoO2正极材料和石墨负极材料的热力学和动力学特性。实验表明,C80微量量热仪是研究电池材料热特性的有效方法。
The materials thermal stabilities of lithium ion batteries are correlated to the safety of lithium ion battery. The materials thermal stability of lithium ion batteries was evluated by a C80 micro calorimeter. The typical electrolyte 1.0 mol/L LiPF6/PC+DMC, delithiated Li0.5CoO2 and lithiated graphite Li0.84C6 were studied at 0.2℃/min heating rate in argon filled vessel. The thermodynamics and kinetics were detected and calculated based on the C80 test. The results show that C80 method is an easy, safe and economic way to evaluate the materials thermal risk of lithium ion batteries.
