台湾客家人经由风行于台湾各乡镇的"一乡一特产(OTOP)"运动,组成坚强团结的小区发展协会,举办小区营造活动,从产业发展、社福医疗、小区治安、人文教育、环保生态、环境景观六大方面从事小区特色的营造,形成地方特色产业,以开创客家文化产业的风华。台湾客家文化产业透过小区营造活动的举行,居民寻找小区文化的共同历史记忆,培养小区居民的良好情感,凝聚以公共利益为基础的小区意识,以创造特色的小区文化产业与优质美好的小区生活环境。台湾的客家界,无论是政府官员或市井小民都深信推动具有特色的客家小区营造是推动台湾客家文化产业必须要走的一条道路。
The purpose of this essay is to evaluate how Hakka People in Taiwan to develop a prosperous Hakka cultural industry through the experience of OTOP(One Town One Product) movement based upon community empowerment.By establishing the viliage community organizations around Hakka area,Hakka community empowerment has been constructed from the six dimensions of community life:industrial development,art education,ecological preservation,crime control,social welfare,and environment protection since 1993.The Hakka people successfully self-organized many village communities to improve the local products' quality and marketing.OTOP products include a large array of local products,including traditional handicrafts,cotton and silk garments,pottery,fashion accessories,household items,and food.
