针对应用等强度梁对光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感器进行应变标定时封装基片厚度(或封装钢管直径)对标定结果产生的影响,本文根据等强度梁的工作原理对标定过程进行了理论分析,引入应变修正系数对标定结果进行修正,并计算了裸FBG和采用直径1.5 mm钢管封装的FBG应变传感器的应变修正系数.分别应用等强度梁和万能试验机对钢管式封装的FBG应变传感器进行了标定,经修正后的等强度梁标定出的结果与万能试验机的结果完全一致.
When using equal strength beam to calibrate fiber Bragg grating(Ft3G) strain sensor,tbe thickness of encapsulation slice (or diameter of encapsulation steel tube) will affect the calibration result because of bend distortion of equal strength beam. By analyzing the calibration process,a strain, corrrect coeffident is introduced to modify the result according to the work principle of equal strength beam. And the strain correct coefficients of bare FBG and steel tube packaged FBG strain sensor (diameter is 1. 55 ram) are also computed. Result shows that when applying equal strength beam to calibrate strain, the effect of the thickness of encapsulation slice (or diameter of encapsulation steel tube) must be considered. Lastly,the ca[ ibration results of steel tube packaged FBG strain sensor based on equal strength beam calibration method and universal ex periment machine were compared,the modified calibration results of equal strength beam method agree with the results of universal experiment machine method.
