The paper focuses on the research of the process and basic mechanism of group decision making in self-organizing teams. Firstly, it defines the attributes of group decision making process in self-organizing teams. Then, on the basis of previous work about process organizing model of group decision making and peculiarity of self-organizing teams, according to the complex self-adapting theory, focusing on the unstructured problems, a model of group decision making in self-organizing teams is built and it is explained by a use case.
