将金属表面等离子体共振理论应用到高性能薄膜太阳能电池设计当中已成为近年研究的热点之一。从金属表面等离子体共振理论在薄膜太阳能电池中的应用机理出发,重点介绍了不同纳米结构设计的等离子体硅基薄膜太阳能电池在光学和电学仿真中的研究进展,最后对等离子体硅基薄膜太阳能电池的发展方向进行了展望。
It becomes one of the recent research focuses that metal surface plasmon resonance theory is introduced into the design of high performance thin-film solar cells. The mechanisms of light absorption and propagation in plasmonic thin-film solar cells are firstly introduced. Then the state-of-art research progresses of optical and electrical simulations in plasmonic silicon-based thin-film solar cells designed with different nanostructures are reviewed. In the end, a summary is provided with perspective on future development of plasmonic silicon-based thin-film solar cells.
