In order to improve the information sharing under the digital basin environment, a framework of information sharing services under the digital basin environment was put forward based on the SOA architecture and the publishing/ subscription technique. It provided an event-driven communication pattern in the service-oriented platform, and the loose coupling demand of communication and coordination was satisfied. A loose coupling of the sharing information service mode was provided. As a result, the time decoupling, space decoupling and synchronous decoupling were reached. The reusability and expansibility of the platform were enhanced. A kind of active coordination information sharing service mode was provided so that the flexibility and initiative of the information sharing were satisfactorily achieved. The service production and service subscription were discussed. By introducing the domain ontology, the description ability of services and subscription was enhanced. Accordingly, the semantic problems were solved.
