Based on service oriented architecture, introducing the publish/subscribe communication mode, a publish/subscribe model based on Semantic Web Services is proposed. The model can satisfy the time of decoupling, space of decoupiing and synchronous of decoupling. Semantic problems are solved through using OWL-S. Under the model, semantic Web services description model, semantic Web service matching model, and design strategies and methods of matching process are discussed in detail.
