前期工作提出了一种用基础参比燃料骨架机理根据滞燃期数据预测燃料十六烷值的方法。该方法受到参比燃料的组分(即正十六烷和异十六烷)自身十六烷值的限制,不适用于十六烷值超出15~100的燃料。针对这一问题,进一步提出了根据混合物的十六烷值,通过线性拟合方法预测十六烷值超出15~100的燃料的十六烷值,即外延法。结果表明,外延法可以预测十六烷值超出15~100的燃料的十六烷值,并且外延法无需已知纯燃料的十六烷值,但其具有误差累计特性。
A method for cetane number(CN)prediction based on the predicted ignition delay of a skeletal primary reference fuel mechanism has been proposed in our previous work.Because the cetane number of components in the primary reference fuel composing of n-hexadecane and iso-cetane is between 15 and 100,the prediction method is only valid for the fuel with the cetane number from 15 to 100.To expand the operating range of the predicted cetane number,a supplementary method was proposed in this study.In the supplementary method,the fuel with the cetane number beyond 15—100 was predicted by linear fitting based on the cetane number of the components in blend.This method was referred to the extension method.The result shows that the extension method can well predict the fuel’s cetane number which is beyond 15—100.Moreover,the cetane number of components is not required in the exten-sion method.However,this method has the characteristic of error accumulation.
