为研究双桨船脉动压力的特点与计算方法.建立了一套双桨诱导的船体脉动压力的预报方法.方法可计入空泡的影响,并考虑左右螺旋桨之间的相位差对脉动压力计算的影响,形成船体脉动压力的分布云图,通过云图可以很好地分析脉动压力的变化规律.对计算结果与试验结果的误差进行了分析,结果证明,同时考虑双桨作用与只考虑单桨作用的计算结果有所不同,同时考虑双桨作用时,相位差的影响不能忽略,不同的相位差得到的计算结果有明显差别,越靠近船体内侧,相位差引起的幅值变化越大.相位差的影响还同双桨的距离有关系,距离越近相位差的影响越显著,随着双桨距离加大,相位差的影响减小.这可以部分解释脉动压力模型实验和实船测试中的一些现象,同时也提醒试验人员在进行双桨船脉动压力试验时,要注意双桨相位差的影响.
In order to study the features of pressure fluctuations on twin-screw ships and the calculation method, a twin-screw induced ship pressure fluctuations predicting method was proposed. The influences of cavitating and the phase difference between the right and left screw propellers on the calculation of pressure fluctuations were consid- ered simultaneously for the method. The cloud chart of ship pressure fluctuations was got, the change laws of pres- sure fluctuations could be analyzed very well from the cloud chart. The error between calculation and test results was analyzed. The results indicate, when considering two propellers simultaneously, the results were very different from consideration of only one propeller. The influences of phase difference can not be neglected when two propel- lers are considered simultaneously. The calculation results have obvious differences between two different phase differences, especially, the closer to the hull inside, the larger the magnitude change caused by phase difference. The effects of phase difference are also related to the distance between two propellers. The smaller the distance be- tween two propellers is, the more remarkable the effect of phase difference is. When the distance becomes bigger, the effect of phase difference becomes lower. This partially explains some phenomena that took place in pressure fluctuations model test and full scale test, and at the same time, this reminds the people in test to pay attention to the influence of phase difference of twin propellers.
