Adapt the statistic data of urban land - use and community and economy from 1990 to 2003 in Wuhan, based on information entropy and equilibrium and advantage degree of information theory. The paper has analyzed the rule of dynamic evolvement of urban land - use structure, which the types of land - use are diminishing and urban land - use is not equilibrium, urban land - use has come through two moment such as revulsion from 1990 to 1994 and calm from 1994 to 2003. The driving forces have also been found using FAM and GRM, which are the towing force of city industrial structure and the pressing force of city construction and reconstruction, the driving factor of city welfare and social structure. Additionally, the forward two forces are more significant.
