通过对散体力学的研究,利用弹塑性力学理论,假定垃圾压缩厢体内的垃圾是服从Mohr-Coulomb屈服准则的理想弹塑性介质,垃圾与厢体壁之间的摩擦属Coulomb摩擦接触问题.采用有限元方法研究了垃圾屈服对厢体壁静态压力的影响,并将实测结果与有限元结果进行对比分析,修正了有限元计算模型.在垃圾压缩设备结构分析的基础上,对其整机的构件尺寸截面形状进行改进设计,达到了降低整机最大应力、使材料得到合理利用以及降低整机总质量的目的.
Based on scientifically research in mechanical properties of granular media and physical properties, by using elastic-plastic mechanics theory, this paper assumes the garbage in compression equipment is the hypothetical elastic-plastic medium which obeys Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion. The friction between garbage and compression equipment belongs to coulomb frictional contact problem. The finite element method is used to study the influence of the yield of garbage on the static pressure to compression equipment. Compared the measured results with the FEA one, it finally revises the FEA calculation model. Using ABAQUS software to analyse the structure of compression equipment, it also improves the desigh of the cross-section shape and size. Therefore it reduces the maximal structure stress and structure mass.
