提出一种反相高效液相色谱检测大豆中残留的草甘膦及其代埘产物氨甲基膦酸的分析方法.以对甲氧基苯磺酰氯(MOBS—CI)为紫外柱前衍生剂,选择衍生反应温度为60℃,缓冲液pH值为11.0,反应时间为10min.通过阳离子交换树脂柱对大豆样品进行简单处理,检测出草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸的线性范围均为0.0020~2.0mg·L^-1.实验结果表明该方法简便快速,检测灵敏度高,精密度好,而且对仪器要求不高.
A new analytical method for glyphosate and its metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid in soybean has been developed, involving derivatization with a labeling reagent, 4-methoxybenzenesulfonyl chlorine (MOBS-C1), followed by reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. The derivative conditions and chromatographic separation conditions were described as follows: derivatization reaction temperature 60℃, pH = 11.0, time 10 rain. Calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 002 0 - 2.0 mg· L^-1 for both of the analytes. The rapid, sensitive method is helpful to perfect techniques suitable for popularization, and provides a new strategy for the separation and detection of herbicide residues in food and other amino compounds.
