采用电溶-非平衡萃取工艺从铅铟合金中回收铟,试验结果表明,在最优操作条件下,金属铟的溶出率达到94.28%、萃取率达到98.69%、反萃率接近100%,同时实现了与杂质元素Zn、Fe、Sn的分离.
In this study we use the process of "electrochemical dissolving-solvent extraction-zinc cementation" to recover indium from lead alloy bearing indium. The experimental results indicate that under optimum conditions, the dissolving ratio of indium can reach 94.28 %, the extracting ratio of indium can gain 98.89 % and the stripping ratio of indium approaches 100 %, and also, the impurity elements, such as Zn. Fe and Sn can be removed entirely.
