摘要:电能质量综合评估是电能质量定价的主要依据之一。本文采用理想区间模型对电能质量进行综合评估。首先,分别采用线性目标规划模型和变异系数法确定主观与客观权重,根据博弈论集化的思想求取各指标的综合权重;其次,基于理想区间模型计算样本指标值与理想区间的贴近度,从而对电能质量进行综合评估;最后,运用算例验证该方法的可行性和合理性。该方法不仅能整体评估电能质量,且可细化同一等级内质量差异。
Comprehensive evaluation of power quality is one of the bases of the primary measure of power quality fit and unfit quality. A new synthetic power quality evaluation model based on interval number theory is proposed. To determine the index weight by expert consultation value range, the subjective weighting is obtained using the linear goal programming model, and then the objective weighting is obtained by using the method of variation coefficient, then the comprehensive weighting could be determined on base of game theory weight set of ideas. The last sample is obtained by using the ideal interval model parameter values and the ideal interval distance, thus the power quality comprehensive evaluation. This method not only can carry on the overall assess- ment to the power quality, also can carry on the elaboration to the same level. Thesis finally uses the actual case to verify the rationality of this method.
