The system structure and functions of an experimental platform for production technological process of iron-making and sintering are introduced.From the perspectives of the production equipment operation and the technological process control,the man-machine interface and its data collecting method of the experimental platform are designed,and the state monitoring function of an industrial materials by the on-line detection instrument is also embedded into the platform.The results show that the experimental platform is able to reflect the production technological process of ironmaking and sintering and display the key index parameters. It can enhance the undergraduate students＆#39;professional practical ability and improve the research level of the experimental teaching staff.
