介绍了炼铁烧结生产工艺流程教学实验台的系统结构与功能.从生产设备操作和工艺流程控制角度出发,设计了实验台人机信息交互接口及其数据采集方法,融合了工业物料成分在线检测仪器运行状态监测功能.实施效果表明,该实验台能够反映炼铁烧结生产工艺流程并显示关键指标参数,能加强本科生专业实践能力,提升实验师资队伍科研水平.
The system structure and functions of an experimental platform for production technological process of iron-making and sintering are introduced.From the perspectives of the production equipment operation and the technological process control,the man-machine interface and its data collecting method of the experimental platform are designed,and the state monitoring function of an industrial materials by the on-line detection instrument is also embedded into the platform.The results show that the experimental platform is able to reflect the production technological process of ironmaking and sintering and display the key index parameters. It can enhance the undergraduate students'professional practical ability and improve the research level of the experimental teaching staff.
