对33对中国对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)微卫星引物进行筛选,确定了其中11对引物的最优PCR反应条件,包括各对引物的退火温度、反应体系中引物、Mg^2+、dNTPs含量等,为建立微卫星多重PCR技术、最终使微卫星标记成为中国对虾家系识别的有效工具奠定了基础。
The optimized reaction system, including the annealing temperature, the primers,and the concentration of Mg^2+ and dNTPs,etc. , of 11 pairs of primers were determined by screening 33 pairs of SSR primers of Fenneropenaeus chinensis. The result may lay a foundation for establishing the SSR Multiple PCR technique, which will probablly become the efficient method of the families' identification of Fenneropenaeus chinensis in the future.
