矿山安全是一个复杂的系统,具有不确定性、随机性和模糊性等特点。运用模糊层次分析法建立了矿山安全评价体系,由目标层、准则层、指标层构成,其中准则层由客观状况、生产设备、人员素质、安全教育、作业环境和安全管理6项组成,指标层由自然气候、水文地质等32个指标构成。采用层次分析法、专家打分法分别确定了准则层、指标层的权重系数。综合运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合的方法对某铜矿山地下开采进行了安全评价,得出其安全状况为Ⅱ级,处于“较安全”状态结论。从而为铜矿山地下开采安全管理提供重要的参考和决策指导。
Mine safety is complex system, which are uncertain random, and fuzzy in characteristics. A fuzzy analytic hierarchy process assessment approach for mine safety was developed based on the method of comprehensive safety index system. The evaluating system in this approach is composed of objective level, normal level and index level The normal level consists of 6 factors including objective situation, production equipment, staff quality, safety education, work environment, and safety management. In the index level, there are 32 factors including natural climate, hydrogeological and so on. Also, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and expert scoring method were applied to determine the weight of the normal level and index level evaluation factors, a safety state comprehensive evaluation on the underground mining of a copper mine. Result shows the safety state for this installation is "the better" . It can provide important reference and decision guidance for the safety management of underground mining in copper mine.
