采用混合溶剂热法(无水乙醇、乙二醇和去离子水)及加入不同种类的酸(冰醋酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、乳酸和苹果酸)来调节制备氯氧化铋(BiOCl),通过对其进行X射线衍射(x—ray)表征,得到了晶体结构完整的BiOCl.在对罗丹明B、甲基紫、藏红T和亚甲基蓝的降解显示,加入柠檬酸和酒石酸调节的BiOCl效果更好;进一步对甲基橙进行降解可知,柠檬酸来调节BiOCl效果更出色,光催化性能更好.运用扫描电镜(Scanning electron microscopy)、紫外一可见漫反射光谱仪(Uhraviolet—visible spectroscopy)及光致发光光谱仪(Photoluminescenee spectroscopy)检测,表明了五种BiOCl的吸光性强弱、光生电子一空穴的复合速率快慢以及机理分析.
Bismuth oxychloride (BiOC1) photocatalysts was prepared by using hybrid solvothermal method (mixed with absolute ethyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, and deionized water) and adding different kinds of acid (glacial acetic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid and malic acid). The photocatalyst with the whole crystal texture was obtained, then characterized by X-ray diffraction experi- ments. With the display of the degradation of rhodamine B, methyl violet, safranine T and methylene blue, BLOC1 with citric acid and tartaric acid has a better result. Ulteriorly, the photocatalyst of BiOC1 with citric acid is much better and exhibits excellent photocata- lyric property in the degradation process of methyl orange simulation pollutants. Scanning electron microscopy, ultraviolet-visible spec- troscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy were applied to indicate the optical absorption the recombination rate of optical electronic- hole and mechanism analysis of the five BiOC1.
