分析了采用面向作业面和装卸同时进行工艺的集装箱港口中桥吊、集卡和龙门吊的装卸作业流程,将装卸过程中设备事件分为Lifting、Dropping、Moving、Waiting和Virtual五类,采用VB6.0编程实现了基于事件驱动的集装箱港口装卸作业仿真系统。对不同的设备配置调度方案进行仿真,依据系统的仿真输出,选择满意的设备配置调度方案,从而对港口作业中的整体资源配置进行协调。
It was studied that the working process of quay cranes, yard trucks and yard cranes in container terminals adopts pool strategy and dual cycle, The equipments' events were classified as Lifting Event, Dropping Event, Moving Event, Waiting Event and Virtual Event, Programmed by VB6,0, an event-driven container terminal simulation system was proposed. Different scenarios on equipment assignment in terminal charge/discharge operations were simulated. According to the output of the simulation system, the satisfactory one was chosen so as to harmonize resource allocation as a whole.
