隐性知识构成企业核心竞争力的关键,而电网隐性知识种类繁杂,数量巨大,不利于传播交流。针对此,文中首先分析了电网隐性知识,并以此为切入点,提出了一种概念图构建方法,构建电网环境下的隐性知识概念图。构建流程包括概念提取,关联分析和结合PFNET的可视化映射三个步骤。最后通过构建线路运行与维护领域下的概念图,验证了该方法构建的概念图简化了知识结构,进一步明确知识问的主要联系,便于知识的交流与共享。
Tacit knowledge is the key resources to form the core competitiveness for enterprises, and the power grid tacit knowledge is not conductive to share and spread because of its variety and immensity. For this, this paper analyzes the power grid tacit knowledge and proposes a concept map construction method which constructs concept maps of tacit knowledge in a power grid environment. The construction process includes the concept extracted, analysis associated and visual mapping combined with PFNET. Through constructing a concept map of the operation and maintenance area, this method simplifies the construction of knowledge structures, further definescontacts between explicit knowledge, and makes the knowledge easy to exchange and share.
