信息系统运维服务的外包合同定价是现今运维服务业讨论的热点问题之一.文中以信息系统运维服务中的例行操作运维服务为对象,从信息系统运维服务供应商的角度出发,研究利润最大化情况下的信息系统运维服务的最优价格.首先,从信息系统运维服务供应商的角度,全面分析了信息系统运维服务的类型和特点,以及影响定价方法选择的因素,将企业分成4种类型;然后,利用两阶段动态定价模型和固定价格的定价方法,得到两阶段信息系统运维服务供应商利润最大化下的最优价格和4种类型的企业客户购买信息系统运维服务行为的临界点;最后,分析了企业的购买周期和信息系统复杂度对信息系统运维服务的价格和利润的影响.
英文摘要：
The outsourcing contract pricing of information systems operation and maintenance services is one of the hot issues discussed in today＇s operation and maintenance services area. Taking as the research subject routine operation and maintenance services of information systems operation and maintenance,we study the information system operation and maintenance services best price in the case of profit maximization from the perspective of information system operation and maintenance services provider. First of all,from the information system maintenance services providers＇ point of view,we analyze the types and characteristics of information system maintenance services,and the factors that affecting the selection of pricing methods,enterprises being divided into four types. Secondly,we use two-stage dynamic pricing model and the pricing of fixed-price,getting the two stages information system operation services suppliers＇ optimum price when profit is maximized and the behavior critical point of four types of enterprise customer purchasing information system operation and maintenance service. Lastly,we analyze the impact of the buying cycle and the complexity of information systems on the prices and profits of information system operation and maintenance services.
