新一代精密三板式注塑机

以注射成型为代表的“3D复印”技术,以其“低成本、高效率”的模塑成型方式,成为塑料制品加工成型中最重要的方法之一。分析了现有三板式注塑机和二板式注塑机的优劣,并开发出新一代精密三板式注塑机(G2.0)。研发的动模板平行度自动调节装置能够自适应零间隙合模,使合模系统具有开合模精度高、无需调模等优点;研发的场协同螺杆,使塑化系统具有强化传热传质、混炼效率高、塑化质量好、节能等优点;同时,基于聚合物的PVT特性,开发出注塑制品缺陷在线诊断与自愈调控系统。该新型精密三板式注塑机既保留了传统三板机的优势,又弥补了其合模精度低的不足,具有合模精度高、自适应调模、塑化质量好等优点,能够满足精密制品的成型要求,市场发展前景广阔。

英文摘要:

Injection molding as the representative of the "3D copy" technology, with low cost and high efficiency, had become one of the most important methods of plastic products. The advantages and disadvantages of three plate injection molding machine and two plate injection molding machine were analyzed. And a new generation of three plate injection molding machine (namely G2. 0) had been developed. The self-adaptation clamping system had the advantages of high clamping precision ,which was easy to adjust template parallelism ;The plasticizing system had the advantages of enhancing heat and mass transfer, high mixing efficiency,good plasticizing quality and energy saving because of the field synergy screw;based on PVT properties,the online diagnosis and self-regulation system of injection molding products was developed. G2. 0 has many advantages,such as high clamping precision, self-adaption clamping, good plasticizing quality, which not only retained the advantages of the three plate injection molding machine, but also maked up for its shortcomings. Therefore, it could meet the requirements of precision products and would have a broad market prospect.
