研究了强磁场对Cu-16.9Fe合金半固态凝固组织及导电率的影响。研究结果表明:施加强磁场引起了Cu基体的晶格畸变,且富Fe相逐渐不规则细化,且有沿平磁场方向拉长的趋势。而且施加强磁场能提高材料的导电率,分析认为是由于施加强磁场降低了铜基体中Fe含量从而降低散射电阻率所引起。
The influence of high magnetic field on structure and property of Cu-16.9%Fe by semi-solid solidification was investigated. The results under high magnetic field showed that the crystal lattices of Cu were distorted. Moreover, the morphology of Fe-rich phases became more irregular and finer.
