In this paper the discontinuous Riemann-Hilbert problem for quasilinear elliptic complex equations of first order with degenerate rank 0 is discussed. Firstly the representation of solutions of the boundary value problem for the equations is given, and then the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the problem are proved by using the complex analytic method.
