介孔二氧化硅复合材料是一种新型的无机纳米生物材料。因为其巨大的比表面积和良好的表面活性,具有很大的药容量,良好的生物相容性、低毒性和易加工修饰等特点。介孔二氧化硅在进行修饰和改造之后,在长时、可控、靶向的药物传输系统的建立和改善方面显示出许多优势。本篇综述将介绍MSNs的生物性质、制备和修饰、载药行为和动物实验研究。
Mesoporous silica nanoparticles is a new kind of nanosized biomaterials. Because of the large specific surface area and unique surface properties, mesoporous silica nanoparticles have a superiority in drug capacity, biocompatibility, low toxicity and functionalization. After the modification, this material is used to develop and improve the sustained, controllable and targeted drug delivery system. This review will introduce the biological characters, preparation, modification, drug delivery behavior and animal experimental study of mesoporous silica nanoparticles
