教师教育课程设计是教师教育课程实施和评价的前提和基础,是实现教师教育课程目标、培养合格教师的关键。设计教师教育课程应秉承师德为先、儿童为本、实践取向、终身学习等基本理念,以教师专业标准、教师教育课程标准、专业培养目标、学生学习基本情况、师资队伍现状等为基本依据,遵循学术性与职业性相结合,国标性与校本性相结合,统一性与选择性相结合,理论性、技能性与实践性相结合,通识性与学科性相结合等的基本原则。

英文摘要:

Teacher education curriculum design, the premise and foundation of teacher education curriculum implementation and evaluation, aims to realize the curriculum objectives of teacher education and train qualified teachers. Design of teacher education curriculum should first follow some basic concepts like ethics first, children center, practice orientation, and lifelong learning, second give full consideration to teachers' professional standards, teacher education curriculum standards, professional training target, students' learning, and faculty status, and third adhere to some basic principles like the combination of academy and professionalism, GB and school base, unity and selectiveness, theory, skills and practice, as well as generalism and disciplinarity.
