采集贵阳市南明河的硅藻进行分离提纯,对提纯的舟形藻(Navicula)用5种浓度梯度的天然土壤浸出液进行培养30 d。结果表明,培养舟形藻的最佳浓度0.5 mg/ml。在最佳浓度中培养60 d,舟形藻数目呈低—高—低的周期性生长。该研究为喀斯特地区河流硅藻的研究提供一定的依据。
Diatoms collected from Nanming River in Guiyang were separated and purified,the extracted Navicula were cultured in 5 different concentrations of natural soil leaching liquid for 30 days.As indicated by the results,the optimum concentration for Navicula culture was 0.5 mg/ml,the number of Navicula showed a low-high-low-high cyclinal growth when cultured in the optimum concentration of soil leaching liquid for 60 days.The result could provide some basis for the research of river diatom in karst areas.
