针对600MW汽轮发电机组转子一轴承系统,建立了系统运动方程和转子模型,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行模态分析,计算汽轮机转子的固有频率和临界转速,从而避免工作转速接近临界转速产生共振。最后通过临界转速和振型图分析转子的特性。
Aiming for Rotor-bearing system for 600MW stream turbine, systemic mobile equation and rotor-bearing integration are built. Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, modal analysis, natural frequency and critical speed are calculated. So it avoids generating common vibration while rotational speed for working is equal with the critical" speed. At last, the peculiarity of rotor is assayed by critical speed and vibration model.
