以α-Al2O3作载体,考察了催化剂制备过程中加入表面活性剂、改变钯盐母体种类以及洗涤阴离子的方式对催化剂加氢性能的影响,并对催化剂的表面结构及Pd的分散性进行了表征。结果表明:在纯烃加氢反应中,催化剂制备中加入PEC-400、使用硝酸钯母体且不洗涤阴离子的情况下,催化剂单独抗硫性能和同时抗硫、氮中毒能力均有提高。采用硝酸钯为活性金属母体,可制备出具有高抗硫中毒及同时抗硫、氮中毒性能的催化剂。
The effect of the catalysts with α-Al2O3 as support prepared by adding surfactant,changing palladium salt matrix,and washing anion on hydrogenation catalyst performance was evaluated,and the surface structure of catalyst and the dispersion of palladium were characterized.The result shows that in a pure hydrocarbon hydrogenation reaction,the catalyst,which was prepared using palladium nitrate as precursor of reactive metal,with addition of PEC-400 and without washing negative ion,possessed better sulfur-resistance and tolerances to sulfur together with nitrogen poison.A novel catalyst with high performance of sulfur-resistance and good tolerances to sulfur together with nitrogen poison was prepared by using palladium nitrate as precursor of reactive metal.
