通过正交试验分析提出了LASTIIKA-13级配的推荐范围,根据级配范围优化结果,设计了LASTIKA-13沥青混合料。进而采用LASTIKA-13和分别以Superflex与SBS改性沥青为胶结料的AC-13共3种不同类型的改性沥青混合料,进行高温车辙、低温弯曲、水稳性、小梁弯曲疲劳等路用性能对比试验;试验结果表明LASTIKA-13改性沥青混合料具备优良的高温性能及抗水损能力;同时LASTIKA-13改性沥青混合料较其他2种混合料而言,具有低温性能受低温温度变化的影响最小,疲劳性能对荷载变化的敏感性最低等优点,因而具有更好的低温性能、粘结性能与耐疲劳性能,能有效延长路面使用寿命。
The range of LASTIKA-13 gradation is recommended by the orthogonal test analysis. The LASTIKA-13 mixture is designed according to the optimizedgradation. The comparison tests of pavement performances including permanent deformation at high temperature,moisture stability,low temperature cracking,and bending fatigue were developed for LASTIKA-13 mixture and AC-13 which asphalt binders modified by Superflex and SBS respectively. The test results show that the LASTIKA-13 mixture has excellent performances at high temperature and moisture stability. Compared with the other two kinds of mixture,the low temperature performance of LASTIKA-13 mixture affected by temperature change is minimal. The fatigue performance tothe sensitivity of load is lowest. So it has better performances in the low temperature,bonding,and fatigue. The new type mixture,LASTIKA-13,can effectively improve pavement performances.
