针对大横截面室内靶道弹丸测速需求,提出采用一字线激光器作为光源,L形排布的光电二极管阵列作为接收的室内大面积矩形探测区域激光测速光幕构建方法,并对光幕面内光能分布均匀性进行理论及实验研究。首先对单个一字线激光器的光能分布进行理论建模及分析,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性;其次对用两个一字线激光器拼接作为光源的1m×1m激光测速靶靶面内的光能分布均匀性进行了实测研究,对实验结果进行了分析,并提出了进一步提高光幕均匀性的方法,通过研究为实用室内超大面积激光测速光幕的设计提供了理论指导及数据参考。
In order to meet the requirement of velocity measurement of projectile with large cross-section in indoor shooting ranges, a kind of large sensor area laser screen which use semiconductor lasers with linear flare as light source and L-shape arranged photoelectric diode arrays as receiver is put forward, and energy distribution of this laser screen is mainly discussed theoretically and experimentally. Light energy distribution of single linear flared semiconductor laser is analyzed theoretically at first, and experiment is conducted in order to verify the validity of the theoretical analysis. Then, light energy distribution experimental research of a 1 m × 1 m laser screen which use two linear flared semiconductor laser joining together as light source is conducted and experiment results are analyzed. Further methods are also put forward in order to improve light energy uniformity of the laser screen. Research above can provide theoretical guidance and reference data for practical design of larger area laser screen.
