目的综述机组资源管理(CRM)与航线飞行员CRM技能测验研究进展。资料来源与选择国内外近15年相关文献报道。资料引用国内外相关文献23篇。资料综合对航线飞行员选拔模式进行了回顾,分析了现代航线驾驶舱工作特性和CRM的重要性,评述了CRM技能测验在当前航线飞行员选拔中的运用。结论未来的航线飞行员选拔只有逐渐向选拔与训练、预测与评估一体化方向发展,才能真正有效解决飞行员选拔预测的准确性和选拔与训练相脱节的问题,从而在根本上确保航线飞行员安全作业的可靠性。
Objective To summarize the advance in research on crew resources management (CRM) and CRM skills test of airlines pilot. Literature resource and selection Published research papers, reviews in this field in recent years. Literature quotation Research papers and reviews in this field were cited. Literature synthesis The airlines pilot selection model in the past, the modern cockpit working property, the importance of CRM and CRM skills test of airlines pilot in today's se lection were analyzed and discussed. Conclusions It is suggested that future selection of airlines pilot should forward to combination of selection and human factor training, prediction and evaluation. Hence, it would be the ultimate solution of dissociation between selection and training so as to assure the reliability of airlines pilots for safe flight performance.
