Based on maximizing the profit of the VMI （vendor managed inventory） system, a VMI system integration model considering pricing, production capacity, and material procurement was firstly proposed. Secondly combining the traditional analytic method, iterative method, and GA （genetic algorithm） effectively, the calculation steps for the integrated model were given. Lastly, a numerical example and its corresponding sensitive analysis were given to illustrate the influence of the parameters related to markets and raw material procurement on the VMI system profit.
