把VMI,市场定价策略,供应商生产能力,以及原材料采购有机结合起来,在基于VMI系统利润最大化的基础上,首先给出了考虑定价、生产能力和原材料采购的VMI系统集成模型;其次把传统的解析法、迭代法以及遗传算法相结合,给出集成模型的计算步骤;最后通过算例讨论了市场和原材料采购等相关因素对VMI系统利润的影响.
Based on maximizing the profit of the VMI (vendor managed inventory) system, a VMI system integration model considering pricing, production capacity, and material procurement was firstly proposed. Secondly combining the traditional analytic method, iterative method, and GA (genetic algorithm) effectively, the calculation steps for the integrated model were given. Lastly, a numerical example and its corresponding sensitive analysis were given to illustrate the influence of the parameters related to markets and raw material procurement on the VMI system profit.
