为了探究微波脱硫过程对脱硫炼焦煤黏结特性的影响,以山西圪堆高硫煤为试验煤样,进行不同条件下的HAc-H_2O_2辅助微波脱硫试验。采用化学滴定法对煤样中含氧官能团进行定性分析和定量比较,并采用FTIR和XPS对微波脱硫前、后煤样的整体有机结构及部分有机官能团进行比较。试验结果表明:在给定微波条件下,随助剂配比的变化,脱硫精煤产率先减小、后增大,脱硫率和脱硫煤的黏结指数却先上升、后下降。当HAc与H_2O_2体积比为1∶1时,达最高脱硫率27.27%,此时精煤产率仅为96.10%,而脱硫精煤的黏结指数GR.I从脱硫前的72.45降到12.25。化学滴定结果显示,煤样黏结指数的下降与煤中含氧官能团的增加具有一致性,这一结果与XPS的分析结果一致,说明在一定程度上HAc-H_2O_2辅助下的微波脱硫会导致炼焦煤的氧化,而这种氧化可能对煤的黏结性造成较为显著的破坏。
To investigate the effects of microwave desulfurization on the caking property of coking coal,a high-sulfur coal from Shanxi province was adopted as the feedstock in microwavedesulfurization experiments assisted by HAc-H_2O_2.The oxygen-containing functional groups in coal samples before and after treatment were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.In addition,the organic skeleton structure and partial functional groups were analyzed with FTIR and XPS.The results show that the cleaned coal yield decreases at first and then increases with changes in additive formulation.In contrast,both the desulphurization rate and caking index increase at the beginning and then decrease.27.27% desulfurization rate and 96.10% cleaned coal recovery are achieved when the V(HAc)∶V(H_2O_2)is 1∶1,simultaneously,the caking index GR.Iof coal sample decreases to 12.25from72.45.The results of chemical titration study indicate that the shrinkage of the coking index may be ascribed to the growing concentration of oxygen-containing functionalities,which corresponds to XPS results.FTIR and XPS spectrum of coal samples demonstrate the increase in oxygen-containing functional groups in coal after desulfurization.Alternatively,the desulfurization by microwave combined with the assistance of HAc-H_2O_2,to some degree,results in the oxidization of coking coal and then this oxidation effects generate remarkable impairment of the caking property of coal.
