褐煤生物产气微生物的富集驯化及产气初步研究

褐煤生物产气是当前研究热点。从山东某煤矿地底973处取回煤层水样品,通过富集培养从中得到稳定产气茵群。产气试验表明,该菌群能够利用白音华褐煤进行产气,驯化培养后,产气量明显增多,产气周期缩短。褐煤经微生物茵群处理后,灰分由原来46.11%下降&42.98%,C元素明显减少,由78.02%降至67.14%,同时O和H元素的含量增加,表面电位分析表明残煤等电点低于原煤等电点。

英文摘要:

Biogenic production of coal bed methane with lignite is a research hotspot. In present work, a coal bed water sample at a depth of 936m below land surface has been collected from Zhaolou coal mine, Shan- dong Province, eastern China. The stable microbial consortium with the biotransformation ability of lignite was obtained by the enrichment experiments. The methane production results showed that that the microbial consortium has the bioconversion ability from Baiyinhua native lignite to methane. After acclimation, the gas amount significantly increased whereas the production periods shorten. The ash content of lignite decreased from 46.11% to 42.98%, and the carbon element concentration decreased while oxygen and hydrogen ele- ment increased after processed with microbial consortium. The Zeta potential analysis showed that the iso- electric point of residual coal was lower than that of raw coal.
