提升调度中心智能调度业务能力是智能电网建设的重要一环,需要一套能指导其发展和评估其发展阶段的模型和体系,即调度中心智能调度业务成熟度模型。文中首先将调度中心的业务归结为感知、预测、评估和决策4个方面,这4个方面构成了调度中心的业务链。然后针对单个业务能力和业务链能力,分别提出了不同阶段的划分标准,最终形成了调度中心智能调度业务成熟度模型;所提出的成熟度模型,具有高度灵活性和可移植性,可作为各地建设智能调度的重要参考。
Improving the business capability for the smart dispatching of dispatching centers is an important part for the development of smart grid. And a model is needed to guide its development and to evaluate its development stages, i.e. , the smart dispatching business maturity model of dispatching center. Firstly, the business of the dispatching center is divided into four parts of perception, prediction, evaluation and decision-making to constitute the business chain of dispatching center. Then, appropriate criteria are proposed for each part of the business and the whole business chain for evaluating the different stages of their capacity. Finally these criteria are combined to form the smart dispatching business maturity model. The model proposed is of high flexibility and portability, thus capable of use for the smart dispatching construction in different areas.
