Interest coordination,core of social harmony,means the universal acknowledgement of each other＇s interest among plural interest groups,the agreement achieved through conservations and compromises.And the prerequisite of it is the legitimate expression channel,through which benefit demands of any kind can be filed without fail.As a scientific,democratized and legitimate form of interest expression,legislative hearing system is able to bring conflicts and contradictions among every interest group into a consummate solution through a lawful procedure and thus plays an important role in the construction of a harmonious society.
