本研究pH值对水热法合成EuF3纳米晶形貌的影响,通过添加EDTA作为螯合剂,在较低的温度下,合成了在不同pH值下具有不同形貌的EuF3纳米晶,实现了对产物形貌的控制合成。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对样品的形貌和晶体结构进行表征的结果显示,反应体系的pH值对产物形貌有很大的影响,并提出了pH值对EuF3晶体形貌的影响机理。
We study the effect of pH value on the morphology of EuF3 nanocrystals based on the hydrothermal method. EuF3 nanocrystals with different morphology can be controlled synthesized by adding the chelating agent EDTA at low temperature. The phase and shape of the products were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDX techniques. The results show that the pH value is essential for controlling the morphology and purity of product. This method will find it s applications in exploring the crystal growth process and provide guidance for the morphology controllable synthesis.
