过试验的方法,研究填充率以及钢球直径对碰撞阻尼器减振性能的影响。在碰撞阻尼器中加入自由质量相等,但直径不等的钢球及在碰撞阻尼器内加入不同的填充率,分别测试减振效果,再对试验结果进行振动衰减率以及共振特性分析。结果表明,在一定共振区域内,自由质量相等的条件下,直径小的钢球减振效果好;填充率对于减振效果的影响不是单值性的,存在最佳填充率。
The influence of steel ball diameter and filling rate on the damping performance of impact damper is studied with experimental methods.Damping effects are separately tested while steel balls with equal free mass but different diameter are filled into the impact damper as well as the impact damper has different filling rates,then the vibration attenuation rate and resonant characters are analyzed based on the experiment results.It is shown that the better damping effect can be achieved with smaller diameter ball on condition that the smaller diameter ball and the larger one have the same free mass,and the influence of filling rate on damping effect is not monodromy,there is an optimal filling rate.
