利用遥感技术,运用生态环境状况评价体系,以金沙江下游两期Landsat卫星影像为数据源,定量和定性对比分析研究区内4个最重要一级电站在2000、2014年建设前后生态环境在时间和空间上的变化状况。结果表明,整个金沙江下游的生态环境状况处于优良状态,但是总体上生态环境质量有很大幅度的下降,尤其明显的是正在建设中的乌东德电站和白鹤滩电站流域,而已建成投产的溪洛渡电站和向家坝电站流域的生态环境状况稍好,由此说明水电站在建设过程中对生态环境的影响比建成之后更大。
Taking Landsat satellite images of lower reaches of Jinsha River as basically dates, spatial and temporal change of eco-environment of four key hydropower stations in the study area before and after the construction in 2000 and 2014 was compared quantitatively and qualitatively by means of remote sensing techniques and evaluation system for eco-environmental conditions. The results indicated that, the general eco-environment conditions of the study area kept fair standard,but it still presented a sharply decreasing, especially in the basins of Wudongde hydropower station and Baihetan hydropower station which are both under construction period. However, Xiluodu hydropower station and Xiangjiaba hydropower station,which both already completed construction period,had better eco-environmental conditions relatively. Thereby,it could be concluded that hydroelectric development during construction period had more affects on the eco-environment than after construction period.
