[目的]:创建发酵天龙粉中多糖含量测定方法。[方法]:发酵天龙粉中的多糖的提取采用超声水提取的方法,发酵天龙粉多糖的含量的测定采用紫外分光光度法。[结果]:测得发酵天龙粉中多糖含量为13.4628 mg/g,相对标准误差(RSD)为4.19%(n=5)[结论]:发酵天龙粉多糖的含量的测定采用紫外分光光度法,不仅操作简单,而且准确度高,可用来测定天龙粉中多糖的含量。
Objective: To establish the method for determining the contents of total polysaccharides in the ferrmented Gekko Powders. Methods: Total polysaccharides in the ferrmented Gekko Powders were extracted by ultrasonic water extraction. UV-VIS spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of total polysaccharides. Results: The polysaccharides contents of the fermented Gekko powders was 13. 4628mg/g,RSD was 4. 19%( n = 5). Conclusion: The determination of total polysaccharides in the ferrmented Gekko Powders use the UV-VIS spectrophotometry,the method is simple and accurate. So the method can be used to determine the content of total polysaccharides in the ferrmented Gekko Powders.
