Medicinal Chemistry course was both abstract and uninteresting in theory and complex in organic mechanism. Because the traditional method in teaching Medicinal Chemistry was not integrated with the target of modern education, students were very prone to fear of hardship for students learning medicinal chemistry course. Combined withthe teaching experience, the PBL teaching method can help students to establish the confidence of learning medicinal chemistry, which can also arouse students＇ interest and initiative in learning Medicinal Chemistry and improve teaching effect.
