良好职业素养的形成是失地农民培训的终极目标,但实践中所呈现出的往往是技能至上的培训理念,完全忽略了隐性职业素养的培育,从而导致尴尬的就业困境。文章在审视国内失地农民职业培训现实的基础上,依托"冰山理论"指出隐性职业素养才是失地农民培训的关键领域,并进一步明确秩序意识和合作意识应作为隐性职业素养培训的主要内容。最后,借鉴现代企业管理手段,阐述了"6S"管理模式在失地农民职业培训管理与教学中的应用。
Good professional quality is the ultimate goal of training for land-lost farners.However,in practice,the content of training usually focuses on working skills and neglects the cultivation of latent professional quality,which results in an embarrassing predicament of employment.Therefore,relying on"iceberg theory",this paper poins out that latent professional quality is the key issue of vocational training.Furthermore,the consciousness of rule and awareness of cooperation should be used as main content of training.Finally,drawing on the experience of modern enterprise management,the "6S"management model is expounded in the vocational training for land-lost farmers.
