采用实验室盆栽方法,运用正交试验研究了模拟酸雨、重金属镉和农药敌杀死复合污染对小白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,随着镉浓度的增大,小白菜产量和叶绿素含量先降低后增加,5 mg/kg时达到临界值;当酸雨强度增加,农药浓度升高时小白菜产量和叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势。在95%置信区间下,重金属镉和农药敌杀死对小白菜叶绿素含量影响极显著,显著性水平均可达0.001。酸雨对小白菜叶绿素含量的影响不显著。受污染镉浓度为5 mg/kg,酸雨pH值为5,敌杀死浓度为2 250 mL/ha时,与对照比较,处理干重减幅最大,为32.0%。
The influences of combined pollution of heavy metal cadmium,simulated acid rain and pesticide Decis on the yield and quality of Brassica chinesis were studied by means of orthogonal experiment and pot experiment in laboratory.The result showed that the yield and the content of chlorophyll of Brassica chinesis all decreased first and then increased with increasing concentration of cadmium with the critical value of 5 mg/kg;the yield and the content of chlorophyll of Brassica chinesis all had a decreasing trend with increasing intensity of acid rain and the concentration of pesticide;in the 95% of confidence interval,the heavy metal cadmium and pesticide Decis had an significant influence on the content of chlorophyll in Brassica chinesis,and the significance level all can reach 0.001;the acid rain had not significant impact on the content of chlorophyll in Brassica chinesis.When the concentration of cadmium was 5 mg/kg,pH value of acid rain was 5,Decis concentration was 2 250 mL/ha,the dry weight of Brassica chinesis reduced the most compared with control by 32.0%.
