为了改进聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)薄膜的抗菌能力,选择具有低表面能的PDMS作为研究对象,分别使用三氟乙酸(TFA)、钛酸四丁酯(TBT)以及二者的混合物对其进行改性。采用覆膜法,以大肠杆菌Escherichia coli作为供试菌种,对改性后的PDMS薄膜进行抗菌性能检测。结果表明:改性后的薄膜在短时间内表现出较强的抗菌性,使用TBT以及TFA与TBT混合物改性的PDMS薄膜经紫外照射后抗菌性明显提高。
Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was selected to be modified by TFA, TBT and their mixture to improve the performance of antibacterial property. Bacterium Escherichia coli was used to examine the antibacterial rate of functional films by film applicator coating. The antibacterial property of the new mater/al under the condition of steeping and UV irradiation showed that the films had strong antibacterial action in short-term, and that the anti- bacterial rate was improved effectively by UV irradiation.
