高温高压水热体系在自然界和工业生产中广泛存在,原位获得水热体系的p H值、H2逸度和H2S逸度值具有重要意义。Y2O3稳定的Zr O2(YSZ)固体电解质因在高温下具有较高的氧离子导电性,已经在高温高压水热体系中得到了普遍的应用。介绍了YSZ固体电解质的结构与离子导电性,分别对基于YSZ的上述3种传感器的测量原理及其应用现状进行了说明,同时指出了YSZ在使用过程中存在的问题。随着材料合成制备技术的发展,YSZ的使用领域将会不断扩大。
Aqueous solutions under high temperature and high pressure conditions exist extensively in nature and many industrial processes, it is critically important to measure pH, H2 fugacity and H2S fugacity in situ in hydrothermal system. Because of high oxygen ionic conductivity in high temperatures, YSZ solid electrolyte has been widely applied in high temperature and high pressure hydrothermal systems. The structure and ionic conduction of YSZ solid electrolyte are presented, measurement principle and practical applications status of three kinds of sensors based on YSZ which mentioned above are discussed in details, besides, problems of YSZ in the process of use are pointed out. With development of technology of materials synthesis and fabrication application field of YSZ will be promoted widely.
