The city＇s ＂smart growth＂ is a theory in order to manage the urban sprawl,aiming at building a city with more economically prosperous, socially equitable and environmentally sustainable. In consideration of the economic, social, environment and population of the city as the main measure of smart growth for sustainable development of the city, based on actual data,we establish a system of differential equations to study the influence of each index of smart growth and regulation of the future sustainable development of the city.
